Main responsobilietes and roles:

• Organize an efficient management structure to meet the Project brief.
• Define a project team structure together with Client, define roles and responsibilities within the team and lines of communication.
• Work with Client team to define Project goals and Site requirements in terms of cost, schedule, and physical requirements.
• Ensure that scope of work for the project is carefully identified and agreed for each team member.
• Coordination of all activities. Prepare, arrange, run, and document all meetings with necessary project team members, i.e., internal, architect, engineer, contractor, IT, security systems suppliers, etc., throughout the Project.
• Conduct negotiations with the landlord to discuss technical issues. Provide professional input with comments for the selections of suppliers for FF&E. Provide project Due Diligence reports throughout the project.
• Work with Client team to provide initial project schedules and cost estimates to accomplish project goals.
• Prepare and maintain individual and master project files, schedules, and budgets. Report on project status and issues as part of a regular reporting process, or on an as needed basis depending on individual project status.
• Provide necessary project approval documents and assist as required in obtaining signatures.
• Ensure that the contractors & sub-contractors are aware of the time scales for the project and the critical milestones. Set up cost control documentation and control procedures to follow throughout the project.
• Managing and participation in weekly online meetings.

- Liaising with regions, processing applications.

- Developing technical specifications and working with tender documents.

- Drafting, signing and maintaining contracts.

- Organising and supervising works (timing, quality, safety).

- Controlling repair and construction works (controlling acceptance).

- Work with regulatory agencies, administrative bodies; (Derzhgirpromnaglyad, KETTS, SES Kievoblgaz, Kyivenergo ...)

- Control of the execution of works;

- Work with subcontractors;

- Preparation of technical documentation (TK, TU, Passports for equipment, quality certificates, operating instructions);

- Acting safety engineer.

- Monitoring of tasks and the quality of the work performed;

- Preparation of technical documentation (defective acts, acts of the hidden works acceptance certificates, applications for materials);

- Introduction magazines "labor protection" to "the movement of goods on site" and the magazine "related work"
