- Business Process Excellence Expert functions:
*Possesses complete information on SAP OTC OF (order fulfilment) related transactions as well as applications and business processes: order processing, invoicing, material and customer master data, tax vouchers, ATP functionality, claims/corrections management, pricing and discounts procedures, etc.
*Acts as a Key Expert in OTC OF SAP processes, providing support to local system users Ukraine and New Markets. Requests process changes caused by change of business environment, legislation or statutory requirements. Performs follow-up on results, creates action plans.
*Conducts trainings related to SAP OTC functionality. Provides relevant paper/ procedures and electronic training materials.
*Coordinates activities with Finance, Sales Operations, IS, Master Data and other functions as well as SAP developers and regional team. Provides correlation of business processes between functions.
Achievements:
*Oracle and BI launch (as a report’s system for checking all KPI's as CSL, IA, OTC etc: clarification of content with Business users; system configuration, testing and development, coordination for end-to-end implementation; creation of all relevant documents; support during acceptance end regression testing; support cutover and go-live migration activities; post go-live support)
