As a leader and a general manager, I increased the efficiency of the division of one of the largest banks in the country by +25% during a severe crisis for the company and the industry.

I have built from scratch and implemented a management reporting system for the distressed assets bank division. Which allowed to reduce the number of irregular requests from controlling bodies three times.

As a strategic manager of the shopping center accepted on the Bank’s balance, I mitigated the impact from severe COVID-19 related restrictions on the CF from the asset in 2020 and increased CF by more than 10% in 2021.

As an analyst and manager of a distressed assets portfolio, I have arranged an out-of-court settlement of assets worth over $500 million.
