We are looking for an International Lawyer to join our Investment team 

We are looking for someone who has:

• Master’s degree in law from a recognized institution.
• Experience: 5+ year of legal experience.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English at a C2 level or above.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear reporting and collaboration.
• Organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Results-oriented, well organized.
• Excellent research, analytical and argumentation skills.

Your responsibilities :

• Investment process support, including M&A structuring, due diligence, drafting negotiating and reviewing MoUs, LOIs, SHAs, SPAs, etc.
• Drafting, negotiating and reviewing all types of commercial contracts for investment projects (iGaming, Software, AI, Marketing projects, etc.).
• Drafting internal policies and other compliance documents for investment projects.
• Handling corporate issues of investment projects in various jurisdictions, including incorporation of the companies, sale and purchase of shares, issue of shares, etc.
• Legal research and analysis of various types of issues related to investment projects in various jurisdictions, drafting legal opinions, supervising the preparation of legal opinions by external legal providers.
• Cooperation with corporate service providers, external legal advisors, regulators and consultants.
• Legal support for various investment projects, including providing daily legal support for investment projects.
