We are seeking a talented and proactive Content Manager / Social Media Manager to enhance our company’s online presence and support our growth in the US, Canada, and EU markets.

Position Overview:
The Content Manager / Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s and management team’s social media profiles, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms. This role requires a creative individual with excellent English proficiency and experience in developing engaging content strategies, managing campaigns, and building a strong online brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy and Creation:

    • Develop and implement content strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement across social media platforms.

    • Create, curate, and publish high-quality, engaging, and relevant content tailored to each platform (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook).

    • Collaborate with management to align content with company objectives and target audiences.

  • Social Media Management:

    • Manage and grow the company’s social media profiles as well as those of the management team.

    • Plan and schedule posts, ensuring consistency in voice, tone, and branding.

    • Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and engagement metrics to optimize performance.

  • Audience Engagement:

    • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful interactions.

    • Build and nurture an online community, strengthening relationships with potential clients and industry professionals.

  • Analytics and Reporting:

    • Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns.

    • Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 0,5 year of experience in social media management or content creation.

  • Proven experience managing corporate and/or personal social media profiles (LinkedIn and Facebook are essential).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level or above).

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

  • Proficiency with social media management tools and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).

  • Creative thinking with an eye for design and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

  • Familiarity with the IT industry or B2B services is a plus.
