SMM Specialist

We are looking for a SMM Specialist.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience working with social media platforms to increase brand engagement and reach (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok), within an agency or internal environment;
• Ability to identify social media trends early on and apply them to our social media content;
• Skills in creating and implementing strategies for different social media channels, conducting market/competitor analysis;
• Reporting and analysis for social channels and social activities;
• Previous experience working with crypto;
• English level — Upper-Intermediate, knowledge of other foreign languages would be an advantage;
• Soft skills: self-starter, initiative, creativity, responsible.
In this role, you will be:
• Driving social media marketing, content, and creative strategies with a focus on increasing engagement, follower growth, and reach across key platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, etc.), while contributing to key product conversion goals;
• Managing the day-to-day operations of WhiteBIT’s social media channels, including handling DMs and replying to comments;
• Participating in working groups focused on specific campaigns, events, and partnerships;
• Collaborating with copywriters and designers to help create social media assets, including text and visual elements, for the channels you oversee;
• Setting, reporting, and being accountable for specific social media KPIs to track performance;
• Creating and executing social media marketing campaigns, ensuring social media is an integral part of the creative and media strategy;
• Analyzing and reporting on the performance of your campaigns.
