Our client is a technology company with more than 15 years of experience in the trading industry that unites a team of true professionals. We are currently looking for a talented Content Manager to join the product team.
Your role will involve developing, managing, and coordinating content for an online platform powered by WordPress. You will collaborate with different teams, provide translations into different languages, and oversee the smooth delivery of content. This position is key to improving the user experience and supporting our global audience.
Responsibilities:
- Update and publish textual and multimedia content on websites, client portals, and help centers using WordPress, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Manage translation and localization processes for diverse languages and regions, ensuring cultural and linguistic accuracy.
- Source, hire, and oversee local native translators via platforms like Upwork and Fiverr, optimizing costs while ensuring quality.
- Streamline translation expenses and maintain detailed expenditure reports.
- Leverage AI tools to improve translation processes and content workflows.
- Ensure content aligns with SEO best practices for better visibility and search engine performance.
- Create clear, user-friendly interface texts in English for digital platforms.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and marketers to deliver and maintain high-quality user-facing content.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years in online-focused companies, ideally in CFD, payments, or gambling industries.
- Language Skills: English proficiency at B2 or higher (spoken and written).
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in WordPress for managing multimedia content.
- Knowledge of translation management platforms (e.g., CrowdIn, Localazy, or Smartling).
- Familiarity with freelance platforms for sourcing and managing translation teams.
- Ability to use AI tools for optimizing workflows.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices.

- Financial skills for cost optimization and expense reporting.
