What Will You Do?

As our SMM & Content Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping and executing our content strategy, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. You’ll ensure all content meets our quality standards while driving traffic, solving user problems, and engaging our audience.

Your work will be dynamic and rewarding — here’s what it will look like:

Leading Content Execution 

• Collaborate with designers, developers, and external content creators to produce high-quality content, including blogs, videos, and social media posts.
• Oversee podcast production and distribution, tailoring content for platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Use AI tools to enhance efficiency and creativity in the content creation process.

Content Planning & Strategy 

• Contribute to building a content calendar, brainstorming topics, and creating briefs for various formats like landing pages, blogs, and videos.
• Research and select content ideas that align with our goals and audience interests.

Analyzing Results and Optimizing Content 

• Review and improve existing content to enhance conversions.
• Use analytics tools to assess performance and propose strategies for better results.

What Do You Need to Succeed?

— Proven experience in content creation, social media management, ideally in the tech, AI, or B2B sectors.

— Excellent skills in crafting compelling text content, including articles, social media posts, and blogs.

— Proficiency in video editing, podcast production, and distribution.

— Passionate about AI and motivated to use AI-driven solutions in content processes.

— Deep understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube content strategies and audience engagement.

— Proficiency in English or regular communication within the team and across the company.
