Your Role 

As our Community Manager, you’ll help us grow and keep our community active and engaged. Here’s what you’ll be doing: 

• Collaborate on Strategic Action Planning: Work closely with the association's leadership to develop and implement strategies that align with our goals and community needs. 
• Outreach and Member Engagement: Actively connect with XR companies and professionals to expand our network, onboard new members, and foster a sense of belonging within the community. 
• Event Planning and Execution: Plan, organize, and execute engaging online and offline events. This includes coordinating speakers, tracking event success, writing summaries, and following up to maximize impact. 
• Content Strategy and Creation: Develop and execute a content plan to highlight our members, projects, and achievements. Collect feedback and produce newsletters to keep the community informed. 
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube by creating and sharing compelling content that showcases our activities and inspires engagement. 
• Global Connections and Event Awareness: Curate and share a calendar of international XR-related events to keep members informed and connected to the global XR community. 
• Data Management and Reporting: Maintain organized and up-to-date databases of companies, participants, and event contacts. Lead the creation of an annual ecosystem report to showcase the growth and impact of XR Ukraine.

• Is creative and enjoys being hands-on with social media content. 
• Speaks and writes well in English and Ukrainian.
