Pocketbook is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Procurement and Logistics Manager.
Main tasks
- Planning, placing orders and arranging the delivery of goods on time at the lowest cost.
- Fulfillment of the approved schedules for the delivery of goods.
- Market research, collection and analysis of organizations working in the field of the company's interests.
- Planning, organizing, and managing operations in the process of bringing raw materials, components and finished products to the consumer.
- Development of recommendations and proposals regarding procurement and logistics in order to optimize costs and increase efficiency.
Functions
- Planning, order placing and delivery management,
- compliance of warehouse stocks and shelf life with the approved standards,
- communication with partners,
- Correspondence with foreign suppliers on deadlines, prices, quality, documents and other terms of delivery
- Selection of the delivery scheme, taking into account the time and cost costs
- Preparation of analytical and statistical reports.
General Requirements
- More than 1 year of similar work experience
- Proficiency in English at a high level
- Positive experience of relations with foreign suppliers (preferably China), customs brokers, carriers, insurance companies, customs and permitting state authorities.
- Proficiency in basic office computer programs (MS Office).
- Knowledge of the main documents and rules in the field of foreign economic activity.
- Psychological stability. Ability to find a way out of problematic situations.
Probiation period - 3 months
Possibility to work from office or remotly
