We are looking for a Carrier Sales Manager for the logistics company (US market). This job is performed in an office environment and cannot be performed remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with carriers to increase profits.
- Generate leads and build a sales pipeline for new carrier partnerships.
- Select carriers that meet our reliability and safety standards.
- Provide accurate shipping quotes tailored to customer needs.
- Manage and book orders with carriers for timely and cost-effective delivery.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to build partnerships and secure good rates.
- Highly organized with attention to detail to minimize losses and optimize outcomes.
- English level Upper-Intermediate/Advanced.
- Experience with industry software like TMS, CRM, and Turvo.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Understanding of freight brokering, regulatory and contractual aspects in produce and freight transportation.
Working Conditions:
