Dispacher Logistics(USA Market)
We’re looking for a motivated Logistics Dispatcher to join our international freight team. This role manages client relationships, coordinates shipments, and monitors deliveries during Kyiv evening hours. Great opportunity for team players with strong communication and basic PC skills.
Key responsibilities:
- Source and engage clients who need freight transportation; build and maintain client relationships for ongoing business.
- Coordinate and manage transportation processes: schedule shipments, monitor status, and ensure timely delivery.
- Handle exceptions and troubleshoot operational issues in real time.
- Maintain clear communication with brokers and drivers; provide updates and resolve questions.
- Keep accurate records of shipments, incidents, and communications.
Requirements:
- Conversational and written English (above average).
- Basic PC skills and comfort with MS Office (Excel required).
- Sales or client-facing experience is a plus.
- Team player with willingness to learn and adapt.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Employment terms:
Full-time
Schedule: 15:00-01:00 Kyiv time (Monday-Friday) 15:00-21:00(office);22:00-01:00(remote); Base rate :850$ + performance bonuses
