We are looking for Flight Operations Specialist, Dispatcher (Operations department Officer) in Prague, Kiev, Skopje, Las Vegas to join our team who have the good skills in communication, analytics, task prioritizing and multitasking.
Position Overview
- Our Operations Department makes sure everything behind the scenes works perfectly so that the aircraft can take off, fly, and land without any problems.
- The operator relies on us for accurate information and smooth operations. A single error can affect their business reputation.
- Without our team, the jet might not take off or might be stuck at the airport, costing thousands of dollars and upsetting VIP clients.
Main responsibilities are:
Communication with clients and vendors;
Arranging, coordinating and controlling Ground handling services;
Arranging overflight and landing permissions, airport slots and PPR, etc;
Filing necessary forms for CBP, e-APIS, Canpass, GAR, etc.;
Loading and maintaining flights information current and updated in our proprietary scheduling software;
Maintaining our database;
Cooperate with other departments to achieve necessary goals;
Provide expert level of support and consultation to the company's Trip Support Services clients
Requirements:
Advanced English speaking/writing (communication with US crews and client flight departments);
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment;
Aviation background is an advantage;
Organized and self-motivated;
Capable of clear prioritizing of tasks;
Good analytical skills;
Flexible to work shifts and on-call (day, night, weekend holidays)
12-hour day and night shifts
Example:
Day 1 - from 08.00 till 20.00
Day 2 - from 20.00 till 08.00 (of the next day)
Day 3, 4 - days off
