Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Responsibilities:
• Conducting research on new laws and regulations that could impact a company's operations
• Collecting requirements list for Compliance Operations Department (Onboarding, CDD, EDD, transaction monitoring, SAR reporting, transaction reporting, etc.)
• Products regulation requirements research
• Advertising requirements research per jurisdiction.
• Formulating recommendations on the results
of investigation
• Compliance calendar developing
• Investigating requirements for licensing
• Country risk assessment
• Preparing license application
• Regulatory reports preparing and submission

• Excellent self planning, prioritizing and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team.

• Excellent oral and written communication, English speaking.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Degree in Law and finance.
