What you will do:
Financial and Management Reporting: Prepare the financial statements for different legal entities in accordance with the appropriate standards of reporting (IFRS, US GAAP etc.) as well as anticipate in the preparation of monthly management reports
Financial Analysis: Advise on financial matters, analytical reviews of the Group’s financial performance
Treasury management: Monitor cash flow, manage the treasury, plan and control intercompany transactions
Budgeting: Prepare, control, and evaluate actual vs. plan budget
Finance Processes: Improve and automate finance processes (including close work with the data-analytics team)
Optimization: Monitor the Group’s expenses and financial operations, and identify ways to optimize costs
Resolving Tax-Related Issues.
Contract Analysis: Analyze and negotiate the financial terms of agreements/contracts with counterparties
Risk Assessment: Identify, analyze, describe, and address financial and accounting risks on a regular basis
Financial Policies: Design controls, review and update all existing and required financial policies (regarding accounting, fiscal reporting, procurement and payments, sales, etc.) and ensure their compliance
Internal Audit: Audit existing accounting documents, improve and automate the document management
External Audit: Assist in external audits
Support of Fundraising Processes: Help in setting up investor relations and M&A activities, control related financial commitments
For successful performance, you will need:
3+ years of relevant experience in Big4
Working knowledge of Excel, Google Spreadsheets, QuickBooks/1C, or similar systems
Solid knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and other local GAAPs
Skills and experience in financial controlling, financial analysis, budgeting and financial planning, external audit, and treasury management
Project management skills
Working experience with legal entities in different countries
English (business communication, both oral and written) — B2 Level, fluency in Ukrainian
Open-mindedness with strong learning, analytical skills, and curiosity for new challenges
Strong communication skills
A stable internet connection
Will be a plus:
Relevant experience in international product IT companies (preferably B2C)
Working experience with non-resident companies and financial institutions
General knowledge of finance and tax legislation of Ukraine, Cyprus, other EU countries, and the US
ACCA or similar qualification (membership or in progress) will be a significant advantage
Experience in handling legal tasks
Knowledge of SQL
