Responsibilities:
- Technical Development: Help new and existing partners with technical support and development.
- Pre-sales Expertise: Manage and understand pre-sales processes for cybersecurity products.
- Pilot Projects: Lead pilot projects to show the benefits of solutions.
- Consulting and Implementation: Advise partners and clients on deployment and configuration.
- Technical Expert: Be the main technical expert for the products you handle.
- Support and Training: Provide technical support and training to partners and clients.
Our requirements:
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including firewalls, NGFW, NAT, VPN, UDP, endpoint security and more.
- At least Intermediate level of English.
- Able to talk clearly with both technical and non-technical people.
- Giving presentations and explain details well.
- Proven experience in setting up and integrating IT solutions in different environments.
- lead clients through the implementation process and give expert advice when needed.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with Fortinet, Check Point, Palo Alto, Cisco.
- Knowledge of CrowdStrike, Sentinel One, Trend Micro, Symantec, Rapid7 is a plus.
