Job Description:
We are currently seeking an excellent communicator to join our sales team. This role is vital in ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience with our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide consultancy to clients, guiding them through product options and solutions.
- Respond to incoming emails and chat inquiries from customers.
- Listen to customer requirements and present our products in a way that meets their needs.
- Follow established sales procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers through regular email communication.
- Escalate and resolve standard and non-standard issues effectively.
Requirements:
- Advanced level of English proficiency.
