Boosta is seeking a Senior HR Operations Specialist for our HR operations division!

We, Boosta, are an international IT company with a portfolio of many successful products, performance marketing projects, and our own Burner investment fund. Boosta was founded in 2014 and has since grown to 600+ members. We are actively developing and creating cool career opportunities for our specialists!?

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in HR operations;
  • Experience in optimization and automation of HR procedures;
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Bamboo HR: configuration of processes, administration, integration with other systems;
  • HR project management skills, ability to manage HR projects on your own;
  • Experience in administration of HRM systems: working with access, alerts, and settings;
  • Ability to create and design HR policies;
  • Experience with analytics: collection and analysis of HR data, development of HR metrics and reports;
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google Meet, etc.);
  • English at Upper Intermediate level.

  • Proactivity and initiative: the ability to independently identify opportunities for improvement;
  • Openness to learning: willingness to constantly learn new tools and adapt to changes in business processes;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills: ability to effectively collaborate with various departments.
  • Attention to detail and autonomy.

Responsibilities:

  • Automation and optimization of HR processes: construction and improvement of HR procedures to improve business efficiency;
  • Onboarding and offboarding management: setting up, maintaining, and updating processes via Jira and BambooHR;
  • Administration of BambooHR systems and HR projects in Jira: integration support, access settings, data synchronization;
  • Management of HR policies: creating, updating, and maintaining policies;
  • Analytics: data collection and analysis, tracking of key HR metrics.
