Office Manager
The Role
We are seeking a Office Manager to work directly with the CEO in our Kyiv office. This role is centered around leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to drive sales and business growth. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing our Upwork account, generating leads, and optimizing our entire sales process. Key Responsibilities
AI-Driven Sales and Lead Generation (Primary Focus)
The core of this role involves working closely with the CEO to transform our sales operations using the latest AI tools. You will be responsible for managing our Upwork account to create and nurture leads, improving the entire sales process through automation and intelligent workflows. A significant portion of your work will involve setting up and managing cold-emailing infrastructure and exploring other sales channels to expand our client base. We heavily utilize cutting-edge AI tools to streamline operations, and you will be expected to master and implement these technologies to maximize efficiency and results.
Business Operations and Team Management (Supporting Focus)
Beyond sales, you will handle various business operations including managing office orders, supplies, and other administrative needs. As a generalist, you will support the CEO in managing the business as a whole and its team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This includes coordinating with team members, handling logistics, and addressing operational challenges as they arise.

Desirable Experience:
•Experience with Upwork or similar freelance platforms
•Familiarity with cold-emailing tools and sales automation platforms
•Understanding of lead generation and sales funnel optimization
•Interest in the technology and software development industry
•Fluency in both Ukrainian and English is highly desirable
