Reservations and Operations Assistant
Apartment management company in Malta is looking for remote Reservations and Operations Assistants to support our growing team in its daily operations.

Duties and responsibilities:
•? ?Process incoming communications from the guests
•? ?Process reservations and payments
•? ?Schedule daily check-outs and check-ins
•? ?Ensure housekeeping and operational team complete their tasks
•? ?Manage maintenance tasks Organisation
Requirements:
•? ?Excellent communication skills
•? ?At least intermediate level of English language
•? ?Ability to take initiative and work independently
•? ?Computer-literate
•? ?Experience in the customer service or hospitality industry is considered to be an advantage
Remuneration:
Part-time job of 3 working days per week is remunerated at Eur 250 monthly.
Completely remote work
