Job Description: Your main goal will be to attract new projects and clients on the Upwork platform. You will select projects, draw up proposals, and negotiate terms of cooperation.

The opportunity for further development and career growth is provided. As we grow, we will also consider generating leads on other platforms.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar position and experience working with Upwork or other freelance resources will be a big plus, but is not required;
  • Experience with CRM is welcome, but if you don’t have it, we’ll teach you;
  • Basic knowledge of IT technologies, Blockchain technologies;
  • Intermediate level of English or higher;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to draw up proposals and contracts, understanding the terms of cooperation;
  • Ability to effectively present the company’s services and convince potential clients;
  • Competent written language;
  • Negotiation skills with clients via correspondence;
  • Understanding of the full sales cycle (identifying needs and working with objections);
  • Attentiveness;
  • Result orientation;
  • Willingness to learn and develop;
  • Location in Ukraine;

Will be a plus:

  • 6 months or more of successful IT sales experience;
  • Experience in closing deals on Upwork;
  • Experience working with other channels;
  • Cold selling experience;

Responsibilities:

  • Actively searching for new potential clients and opportunities on the Upwork platform;
  • Creating and submitting project proposals, attracting clients, and ensuring the successful launch of projects;
  • Processing incoming applications and writing cover letters on Upwork;
  • Planning regular calls with clients to resolve current issues and ensure high-quality services;
  • Close interaction with the sales manager and the development team to implement projects and achieve maximum results;
  • Written communication with clients before handing them over to Sales Closer;
  • Maintaining a database in the CRM system;
