Junior Account/Business Development Manager

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partnership Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with hardware partners and IoT integrators. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth through the successful collaboration and integration of ThingsBoard’s solutions with those of our partners.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a BD/Account/Sales manager;
- Upper intermediate English, both spoken and written;
- Motivated to learn and grow in the business development field with minimal supervision;
- Willing to collaborate with internal teams and partners to achieve common goals;
- Familiarity with basic sales principles and customer engagement strategies is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build partnerships with hardware manufacturers to integrate their devices with the ThingsBoard platform;
- Work with manufacturers to develop joint marketing strategies and enhance our ecosystem;
- Ensure smooth integration of hardware with our platform by collaborating with technical teams;
- Provide daily support and communication with IoT solution providers, resolving any issues quickly;
- Help IoT providers customize solutions using ThingsBoard’s features and ensure successful deployments;
- Lead joint development and marketing efforts to drive adoption with solution providers;
- Monitor and report on the performance of IoT solutions, focusing on integration success and customer satisfaction;
- Regularly update strategies to improve collaboration and align with market trends.
