Role Description
This is freelance and part-time work at any convenient time in a remote format from anywhere in the world a Real Estate Agent in the Gaudi Estates. As a Real Estate Agent, your responsibilities will include: active customer search, facilitating real estate transactions, providing guidance to clients, hosting open houses, and negotiating deals.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of the real estate market trends in the Northern Cyprus (is a plus).
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in real estate sales (is a plus) but experience in sales B2C (must be).
