Wave Cleaning Inc - is furniture cleaning company in premium segment, located in Charlotte, North Carolina.
For now, we are looking for a SALES MANAGER who will join our team.
We will offer:
- Salary: $750 + bonus;
- Schedule:5 days a week, from 8 am to 5 pm NY time (Saturday / Sunday required);
- Remote work format;
You should bring an open-minded attitude and a goal-oriented approach.
Requirements:
- Conversational and written English: Upper Intermediate / Advanced;
- Sales experience would be an advantage.
Your key responsibilities:
- Chat outreach: contact warm leads and existing customers and nurture conversations to the point of making the sale (80% of the time chat with clients in Instagram, 20% of the time phone calls);
- Respond to incoming inquiries (phoneband chats), consult about company services, negotiate pricing and timelines to close deals, ensuring that client expectations are met and KPI targets are achieved.
