Daily Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily HR operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assist in the resolution of employee relations issues from end-to-end.
- Collaborate with department leads and producers to understand staffing needs.
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process from job description creation to extending offers
- Advise leadership on HR best practices and compliance with local and federal legislation
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through engagement initiatives.
Occasional Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews and participate in the selection process.
- Contribute to company-wide efforts, such as diversity and inclusion programs.
- Lead post-mortem meetings to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
Your Background:
We invite candidates who meet the following criteria to join our HR team:
- Demonstrated experience in HR functions with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Relevant degrees or certifications as necessary for the position.
- Proficiency in HR tools and technologies.
- Proven decision-making and process improvement skills.
- Ability to adapt skills from similar industries.
- Prior experience working cross-functionally with many different disciplines and employees of all levels, from entry-level to c-suite
-For supervisory roles 1 year of prior supervisory experience is required or 3 years of relevant mentor experience.
