Sargent Logistics Inc is recruiting for a Human Resources Manager to join the OD Family. This position will lead the Human Resources function for their service center by providing guidance for employee relations, ensuring consistent policy and procedure application, including progressive discipline, problem resolution, and onboarding to maximize employee engagement.
Education Qualifications (Minimum)
University graduate
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment law (preferable)
- Strong communication, leadership, time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Extreme focus on organization and time management
- Result oriented
- Excellent verbal and written English skills!
- Constantly looking for new and improved methods to perform job duties
- Good at multitasking
Responsibilities
- Full recruitment cycle
- Performance Evaluations, Disciplinary Measures
- Termination formalities
- Weekly and Monthly reporting
- Guide employee relations, policy and procedure application, and employee engagement
- Respond to employee questions regarding benefits, pay, and time-off policies
- Create and facilitate employee and leadership training
