Qualifications:
- At least 0,5 year working as an HR Assistant, HR Manager, People Partner or at a similar position.
- Understanding of HR full cycle.
- High communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, initiative and desire to grow with the company.
- At least Intermediate English or higher.
It will be a plus:
- Education in Human Resources.
- PeopleForce experience or another CRM.
Responsibilities:
- Work side-by-side with CHRO to develop and retain our talents.
- Onboard new team members and manage their probationary period.
- Respond to team members' questions and educate them on company and HR policies.
- Participate in performance appraisals, PDP conversations and offboarding process.
- HR Administration (benefits and time offs)
- Reporting in PeopleForce on personnel issues.
- Participate in different HR projects and initiatives.
