Senior Corporate Onboarding Specialist (Payments & Law)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Corporate Onboarding Specialist to handle one of the most important processes in our company!
Responsibilities:
- Actively manage a team of corporate onboarding specialists, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Implement methods to present complex corporate structures to banks through easily understood diagrams.
- Prepare corporate presentations for e-commerce customers in our portfolio to streamline the onboarding process with banks.
- Provide expertise in corporate incorporations in various jurisdictions.
- Ensure familiarity with annual audited financial submissions in international corporate structures.
- Demonstrate knowledge in VAT and taxation matters.
- Actively assist team members with complex questions, track their results, and prepare monthly reports on team activities.
- Manage both bank/EMI account openings and merchant account openings, including card scheme networks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing a team of corporate onboarding specialists.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate incorporation processes in multiple jurisdictions.
- Comprehensive understanding of VAT and taxation.
- Experience in opening bank accounts, EMI accounts, and merchant accounts, including card scheme networks.
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Ideally, availability to travel to Europe occasionally.
Compensation:
- Salary: EUR 3,000 per month
- Annual bonus based on KPIs: Up to EUR 10,000
