Head of Treasury reporting and analysis, Group Treasury
The logistics group of companies, due to the expansion of activities is looking for a Head of Treasury reporting and analysis.
Key responsibilities:
1. Cash-flows forecasting:
- organize and supervise rolling cash-flow forecasting (direct method) for all Group subsidiaries in Ukraine and abroad;
- control timely submission of forecasts by subsidiaries;
- analyze the adequacy and accuracy of the forecasts for decision making purposes;
- analyze monthly cash-flow plans against budgets, compare short-term direct cash-flow plans with long-term indirect CF plans;
- consolidate planned and actual cash-flow forecasts and prepare them for monthly presentation to the CFO.
2. Analysis of actual cash-flows and cash balances:
- control timeliness and correctness of daily information on cash balances submitted by the Group companies
- compare planned and actual monthly cash-flows, analyze deviations, make recommendations to reduce deviations in the future
- preparing reports on intragroup payments;
3. Control of covenants, related to the Treasury function:
- control loan agreements’ covenants regarding turnover on specific banks’ accounts;
4. Analysis of counterparties and investment options:
- analyze adequacy of deposits’ terms and conditions, suggestions;
- analyze banks’ prudential indicators, form suggestions regarding credit limits for banks;
5. Working capital analysis:
- control compliance with the Group policy on timely payment of accounts payable;
6. Participation in IT projects:
- active participation in the projects for automation of treasury reporting across the Group.
7. Other ad-hoc requests
Requirements:
1. Experience over 4 years:
- treasury/analysis/accounting department of a private group
2. Experience with multiple accounting systems
3. Excellent skills in Excel and treasury reporting
4. Experience in automation projects would be a benefit
5. Fluent in Ukrainian and English
6. Higher education: economic / finance / accounting
