We are currently looking not just for a support specialist, but for someone who can take ownership and build the technical support function from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
- Take ownership of and develop the technical support team;
- Set up and improve monitoring and incident response processes;
- Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve technical issues;
- Handle and coordinate incidents, including night-time escalations and partner communication;
- Work closely with API integrations: test, validate, and troubleshoot;
- Ensure system stability and continuously improve service quality;
- In the future: contribute to building the team and scaling processes;
What We’re Looking For
- Willingness to work night shifts (this is a key part of the role)
- Strong ownership mindset and proactive approach
- Experience with or understanding of monitoring and incident management
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear and professional communication skills
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
- Understanding of APIs, JSON/XML
- Basic understanding of SDLC
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Experience in iGaming
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Jira and Atlassian tools
- Background in Technical Support, DevOps, or SRE
- Understanding of QA processes and test environments
- Hands-on experience with monitoring and alerting systems
