У зв'язку з розширенням діяльності шукаємо амбіційного та відповідального кандидата на посаду Асистента з управління персоналом / HR Assistant у місті Київ.
Задачі:
- Розробка проектів трудових договорів, стежити за їх тривалістю, вести персональну базу працівників та їх особові справи.
- Перевірка поданих кандидатами документів.
- Організація ведення обліку робочого часу, складання та виконання графіків щорічних відпусток, контроль за станом трудової дисципліни та дотриманням працівниками правил внутрішнього трудового розпорядку.
- Ведення записів про відпустки працівників, контроль своєчасного подання запитів на щорічні відпустки для фінансового управління
- Допомога в підготовці документів для прийняття на роботу, просування по службі, переведення та звільнення працівників відповідно до законодавства, нормативно-правових актів, інструкцій, а також внутрішніх наказів тощо. Ведення кадрового обліку та архівування всіх кадрових документів.
Вимоги:
- Вища освіта в галузі психології, управління персоналом або суміжній;
- Досвід роботи на аналогічній посаді від 1 року;
- Знання трудового законодавства України;
- Вміння працювати в команді, відмінні комунікативні навички;
- Досвід роботи у гуманітарних організаціях буде перевагою

Main tasks and responsibilities
- Develop drafts of employment contracts, monitor their duration, maintain a personal database of employees and their personal files.
- Check submitted by the candidates’ documents.
- Organizes timesheet accounting, drawing up and executing annual leaves schedules, monitors the state of labor discipline and compliance by employees with the rules of internal labor regulations.
- Monitor Employees' leave records, ensure that annual leave requests are submitted on time for financial administration, tracking and schedule annual leave according to Ukrainian law
- Prepare HR orders.
- Assist in drafting the documents for the hiring, promotion, transfer and dismissal of employees in accordance with labor legislation, regulations, instructions, as well as internal orders . etc.
- Keep staff records and archiving of all HR documents.
Education and experience
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- A master’s degree or additional qualifications would be advantageous
- Proven experience in Human Resources 2+ years.
- Previous experience with an NGO is desirable
Skills:
- Solid use of the MS office software (including Word, Excel, Outlook) is compulsory.
- Proficiency in HR software such as Workday, BambooHR, or similar platforms
Soft skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with staff at all levels.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Ethical judgment and ability to handle sensitive/confidential information with discretion.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
Language Requirements:
- Ukrainian or Russian as mother tongue. Proficiency in English B1/B2 is mandatory.
- Ability to draft clear and concise reports, presentations, and HR documentation.
Other Desirable Qualities:
- Commitment to the principles and ethos of HEKS/EPER.
- Willingness to travel frequently to field sites and potentially challenging environments.
- Adaptability to rapidly changing scenarios and unexpected challenges.
- Familiarity with the socio-political landscape of the region is beneficial.
