Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and provide invaluable support to our HR department. Your role will involve performing a variety of administrative tasks, including updating employee records, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. It will be 3 months of full-time employment in the office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparing HR Documents related to employment (hiring, termination, vacations etc)
- Improvement of the documentation storage process in the internal archive
- Maintenance of the actuality and correctness of all the data about employees and HR-related information
Qualifications
- Very good command of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Knowledge of English (Intermediate+)
- Attention to details
- Able to meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn
- Will be a plus: knowledge of the Ukrainian labor legislation
