We are looking for a Sales Specialist/Suply Chain Manager for Owl Aerospace, US Service Company

Responsible for locating, purchasing, and determining the fair market value in the sale of aircraft parts, stock items and managing contracts agreements for these accounts. Administers inventory and the reposition of items under agreement. Performs a variety of clerical and administrative duties in support of the sales team. Reports to the Inventory Control Manager and Sales Manager

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Preferably — experience customer service background with strong customer orientation;
  • Preferably — experience in the aviation industry;
  • Proficient Computer keyboarding skills and proficiency in database management and word processing.
  • Excellent telephone skills;
  • Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented;
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking skills;
  • Strong negotiation skills;
  • English language (advanced).

DUTIES:

1. Proactively establish and maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company

core values.

2. Maintain solid product knowledge, and consistent follow up.

3. Develop a strong rapport with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

4. Determine customer requirements and prioritize orders.

5. Source components from the internal warehouse, manufacturers, or other third-party sources as necessary.

6. Professional communication with Customers and Vendors.

7. Ensure all orders are processed on time and according to customer requirements.

8. Send diary of customer shipment reports to the customer as required.

9. Ensure sales and GP targets are achieved or exceeded in each period.

10. Grow the customer base through effective customer contact.

11. Keep accurate records of all communications in the system.

12. Enter and create data in the ERP system.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

1. Working knowledge of company policies and procedures governing Sales.

1. Ability to work in teams or independently as the situation requires, self-motivated.

2. Working knowledge of sales-related documents, which may include contractual agreements,

marketing agreements, and purchase agreements.

3. Interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively with internal customers including employees from

other departments as well as external customers outside the company.

4. Telephone skills.

5. Research skills.

6. Computer skills

Working Conditions:

1. Normal working hours are Monday through Friday, 1:00 pm to 9:00pm Kyiv time.

2. Almost continual work in office.

3. Moderate to occasional overtime may be required.
