Job Description
Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Indeed, Craigslist, and other relevant channels
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, display, retargeting, etc.)
Plan and execute SEO and SEM strategies to improve website traffic and search rankings
Analyze data and prepare performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations
Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to create marketing materials and ensure proper integration
Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Communicate effectively via email and calls, and participate in online group meetings
Plan and manage your own tasks and follow agreed timelines
This is a 100% remote position, working within the European time zone.
Skills and Experience
Must Have:
1+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
Good organizational skills
A responsible and reliable work ethic
Nice To Have:
Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Digital marketing certifications (Google, Meta, etc.)
- Basic SQL knowledge and experience running SQL scripts
