We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to drive recruitment campaigns for owner-operators and company drivers. The ideal candidate has strong experience in Facebook Ads, CRM tools, and SMS/Email marketing, and will work closely with recruiters to ensure a steady pipeline of quality leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and launch paid ad campaigns (primarily on Facebook) targeting CDL drivers in the U.S.
Coordinate with recruiters to align campaign goals with hiring priorities.
Manage and optimize CRM workflows for lead nurturing (email/SMS sequences, tags, automations).
Create and schedule SMS and Email campaigns to engage prospects.
Analyze performance metrics and adjust ad/CRM strategy based on results.
Collaborate with content creators or create basic ad creatives/texts independently.
Stay current on ad policy changes and audience targeting trends.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Facebook Ads Manager, preferably on US market.
Experience working with CRM tools (GoHighLevel, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).
Strong understanding of Email/SMS marketing tools and best practices.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Strong communication and coordination skills.
