Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing strategic plans aligned with the company's business goals, including presenting action plans to the owner;
Conducting market and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and challenges;
Managing all operational activities, such as high-level task prioritization for product development, marketing, sales, and customer service, as well as team formation and motivation;
Ensuring steady revenue and profit growth for the business unit;
Building an effective organizational structure and fostering efficient collaboration between departments;
Presenting the product publicly (including conference presentations, interviews, and representing CEEDA);
Representing the company’s interests with stakeholders, investors, partners, and clients;
Identifying and managing company risks to ensure effective control and minimization.

Requirements:
