Finance Director

Supervise all financial processes and activities influencing finance in order to achieve the Company targets;

Ensure the application of corporate financial standards and IFRS. Deliver consolidated financial reports, as well as budgets, forecasts, CAPEX and 10yr strategic planning for two legal entities;

Assess company performance against both the annual budget and established KPIs, develop new KPIs as required;

Provide analysis of sales, profitability, variance analysis and other data to the General Manager and HQ, propose measures for improvements. Manage currency risks and potential tax exposures;

Check that processes are in line with the Sika Internal Control System to maximize efficiency and minimize fraud. Ensure Ukrainian legal and corporate regulatory compliance;

Lead, motivate and manage financial and administrative staff members;

Represent the company to financial partners, including financial institutions, investors, executives, auditors. Manage bank relations and credit operations, Cash Flow and Net Working Capital;

• Responsible for the whole administration, finance operations, sales and marketing;
• Ensure that the company complies with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements;
• Develop budgets, strategic plans and sales target plans;
• Responsible for financial reporting in compliance with corporate guidelines, IAS/IFRS and Ukrainian regulatory requirements;
