As the Head of Uklon Delivery, my main objective was to transform delivery service into a stand-alone business direction with its own strategy, team and business goals. As Head of Business Unit I

• Defined the overall strategy of the direction development with long-term goals and objectives.
• Hired and led distinct business and operations teams, ensuring seamless coordination and performance.
• Achieved a x2 GMV increase year-over-year and expanded MAU x3, securing contracts with industry leaders.
• Granted multiple product improvements and new features, including courier delivery service, new integrations, and payment options with strong financial performance.

My main achievements:

• Managed the delivery process with 400+ operation employees.
• Reduced costs by 15% by moving couriers to a contract basis.
• Increased the share of electric vehicles in delivery to 40% to grant eco-sustainability and decrease CPO.
• Launched virtual contact centre suite and KPI system for support line (about 1000+ calls per day).
