HRIS Administration:
-Managing and maintaining accurate employee records in Workday, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and confidentiality across all HR processes.

Pre-Onboarding & Employee Experience
-Owning and streamlining the pre-onboarding process; coordinating the collection of required documentation, ensuring timely execution of employment agreements, and overseeing accurate system enrollment in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
-Managing and administering employee leave and absence management within Workday HRMS, ensuring full compliance with company policies and local labor regulations while maintaining data accuracy and timely communication with stakeholders.
Employee Benefits Administration
-Administering and coordinating a range of global employee benefit programs, including medical insurance, wellness platforms, psychological support services, and language learning initiatives.
-Acting as the main point of contact between internal stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring accurate and timely updates for new hires, leavers, and life events across all benefit systems.
-Ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal policies while maintaining up-to-date documentation and data integrity.
-Generating and delivering comprehensive monthly benefits reports—including enrollment trends, participation rates, cost analysis, and usage metrics—to support Finance, C&B, and People team in strategic planning and decision-making.
Process Improvement & Automation
-Driving process improvement initiatives to streamline and automate HR operations, enhancing efficiency and the overall employee experience.
-Participating in HR projects focused on optimizing workflows, digitizing processes, and ensuring a seamless employee journey from onboarding to offboarding.
Stakeholder Relations
-Building and maintaining strong, trust-based partnerships with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth HR operations and aligned objectives. Act as a proactive liaison between departments, fostering cross-functional collaboration, driving process improvements, and ensuring HR initiatives are delivered in line with organizational goals and timelines
