Training Manager
We are opening a vacancy for a Training Manager at the Aventus Change L&D Center.
What does a Training Manager do?
This is an employee who manages educational projects and develops training specialists in a specific country or region. In addition to management skills, this employee combines the role of a business trainer, able to clearly identify areas for employee growth and set corresponding tasks for local training specialists.
What tasks will the Training Manager work on?
— Onboarding, certification, and professional development of local trainers
— Communication, planning work for local trainers, setting tasks, and monitoring their execution
— Conducting and transferring thematic training to local trainers, such as conversation structure, negotiation tactics, creating agreements, influencing interlocutors through voice, goal setting, etc.
— Participating in the development of training programs tailored to business needs
— Keeping records of conducted training sessions
— Monthly presentations of the results of local trainers' work
What skills should a Training Manager have?
— Proficiency in spoken and written English at least at the upper-intermediate (B2) level
— Experience as a training specialist or business trainer for at least 3 years
— A desire to learn and grow within a team of professional adult educators
