You will:
Establish excellent relationships with Glovo’s partners through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs and building engagement (Partner’s meetings and business reviews)
Perform analysis to come up with insights to help improve partners performance / decrease preparation time, acceptance time, waiting time and bad rating
Develop and oversee relationships with Partners performing alongside Account Managers to ensure top level service provided to the clients
Provide analytical support regarding Partner Operations metrics to the country Partner Operation Manager
Bring important insights and cooperate with relevant stakeholders to drive important changes which can make partner operations more efficient
Work alongside and communicate effectively with all other teams involved
Requirements:
Strong analytical skills: you enjoy deep diving into problems to find the root cause
High level of ownership: independent and not afraid to take responsibility
Data-driven mindset: KPI, OKR are not just letters for you
Problem-solving skills: no problem is too small or too big
Brilliant Communication and interpersonal skills
Project management skills, highly organized and detail-oriented

Google Spreadsheets/Excel proficiency
