Innovation Analyst

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Innovation scope strategy development in the area of responsibility
• Main KPI’s achievement
• Hold responsibility for new product development (NPD) launch.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including MRP, R&D and PMs, to ensure that production and development efforts are aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage MRP and inventory planning process for NPD, including forecast demand, maintain an accurate inventory record and develop buy plan recommendations.
• Ensure the timely placements of PO’s and timely receipt of inventory.
• Participate in development of new methodologies to improve planning process and results
• Monitoring production and development progress, identifying issues, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Reporting creation and automation.
• Acting as SCM business-partner for R&D team.
• Supervises the activity and development of 1C support team (master-data).

Requirements for a successful candidate:

• Master’s degree education (finance/planning/project management activity in priority).
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage, negotiate and manage key stakeholders.
• Commercially and financially astute with experience of managing budgets.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills: Applicants must have the ability to think critically working outside the box and problem solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong and confident negotiator with the ability to negotiate at all levels.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Results orientated with ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines.
• Native Ukrainian, English language skills at pre-intermediate level.
• MS office knowledge, Jira and 1C knowledge will be as additional advantage.
