We are looking for talented and trustful People Partner to join ADAMA team in Ukraine.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end employees life-cycle and consult on people-related topics
- Recruitment: coordinate recruitment agencies, organize and conduct interviews, prepare job offers
- Onboarding: coordinate hiring process, conduct welcome day (intro training, office tour, orginize induction meetings), support new hires on probation period
- Offboarding: coordinate termination process, conduct exit-interviews
- Prepare organizational announcements (hiring, termination, promotion, events)
- Wellbeing: search speakers and organize webinars (Wellbeing, Safety, Mobilization)
- Insurance: coordinate medical & life insurance project with broker
- HR Admin: coordinate outstaffing agencies, process signing of HR documents
- Military: manage military records and reports, reserve employees from mobilization (with a support of external military inspector)
Your experience and skills:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in People Partner / HR Generalist role
- Experience in recruitment, good interviewing skills
- Experience in managing employee’s life cycle: onboarding, 1:1 meetings, offboarding
- Will be an advantage: experience in L&D, Wellbeing or C&B
- Will be an advantage: experience in reservation from mobilization, if no experience — readiness to learn extensively
- Efficiency in Excel, PowerPoint
- Fluent Ukrainian
- English level Intermediate+ with readiness to learn extensively
