We’re thrilled to announce open roles for Lead Generators. We’re looking for young talented individuals, who are ready to make an impact. This is a remote position and a great chance to grow with us.
As a Lead Generator in our company, you will be responsible for actively acquiring potential clients in need of logistical solutions. Your task will be to identify companies in the transportation and logistics sectors that could benefit from our services. You will use available tools to generate valuable leads in the U.S. market. A key aspect of the role will be close collaboration with the sales team to pass on selected high-potential contacts. Due to the close cooperation with the U.S. team, working hours are from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
Ideal Candidates Should:
- Be communicative and confident in speaking English. Effective communication is key in our collaborative environment.
- Possess a process and goal-oriented mindset. We’re looking for individuals who are driven and focused on achieving results.
- Have strong research skill and attention to details.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and responsibility.
- A positive attitude and resilience in facing challenges.
It would be nice to have previous experience in lead generation or in sales, but we’re open to training the right candidates
Compensation:
In addition to the $700 base salary we have established bonuses based on performance and success in bringing in new clients. This means the harder you work and the more you contribute, the more you can earn!
