Trade Marketing Manager
Bayer Ltd, a leading multinational company, is opening a position of Trade Marketing Manager
Purpose of the position:
Develop trade marketing strategies and plans for selected brands, aligning with sales policies, brand vision, and market conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Create trade marketing strategies and plans that align with sales policies and brand vision.
- Customer Communication: Collaborate with Brand Managers to develop compelling communications for healthcare professionals (HCPs).
- Visibility Enhancement: Establish and track merchandising standards for category brands. Develop Point of Sale Materials (POSM) to enhance brand visibility.
- Channel Development: Identify growth opportunities within defined distribution channels. Explore new sales opportunities.
- Sales Support: Work closely with Sales and Key Account Management to strengthen brand positioning and performance. Participate in joint visits to key customers and develop selling stories. Contribute to Customer Business Plans and prepare the annual promotional calendar. Assist in developing commercial contracts with pharmacies.
- Analysis and Research: Evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives and manage shopper research. Oversee trade budget execution and tracking.
Skills & Qualifications requirements:
- Education: Higher diploma.
- Language: Advanced English proficiency.
- Technical Skills: Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in trade marketing, preferably in FMCG.
Personal skills:
Strong communication and influencing abilities, excellent data analytics skills, and high attention to detail.
