We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to develop and execute our content marketing strategy, ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search engines and user experience. You will be responsible for creating and managing the content calendar, developing content ideas, and coordinating with various internal stakeholders to produce engaging, relevant, and effective content that drives traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech company.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful content marketing campaigns, including blog posts, social media, email marketing, whitepapers, webinars, case studies, and infographics.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices, including keyword research, content optimization, and analytics.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience using CMS platforms, email marketing tools, analytics tools, and social media management tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a content marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s goals, brand guidelines, and target audience.
- Develop and manage the content calendar, ensuring all content is produced and delivered on time.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create and produce high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for various channels, including blog posts, social media, email marketing, whitepapers, webinars, case studies, and infographics.
- Conduct keyword research, optimize content for search engines, and track content performance using analytics tools.
- Manage and maintain the company’s blog, including ideation, writing, editing, and publishing content.
- Develop and implement social media content strategy and coordinate with the social media team to ensure timely and relevant content is being published.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing content assets that complement the written content.
- Work with the product team to create product-related content, including product descriptions, user manuals, and tutorials.
- Develop and execute a guest blogging strategy to build brand awareness and drive traffic.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and content marketing innovations to continuously improve the company’s content strategy and execution.

Work Schedule:
11:00-20:00; 12:00—21:00; 13:00-22:00
