Account Manager Fintech

As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients and partners receive exceptional service and support.
Position: Account Manager in charge of both Clients and Partners
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for both clients and merchants, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring smooth communication.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Oversee client interactions post-sales, manage contracts, create and manage chats, and handle the entire integration process.
- Proactively monitor client statuses and activities, monitor conversion rates, and turnovers.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients, notify merchants of updates and prepare pricing proposals.
- Take initiative in operational tasks, analyze market trends, and prepare recommendations to formulate winning proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years in payment industry.
- Experience in client/partner management and operational support.
- Structured, intelligent, responsible, proactive, and capable of handling operational tasks.
- Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and desire to continuously develop in Fintech.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian (we cooperate with Russian-speaking and English-speaking clients)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
