Job Description:

As our Community Manager, you will be the voice and heart of Ferz Wallet’s brand, responsible for shaping and growing our online community. You will develop and implement sophisticated social media strategies, create compelling and innovative content, and foster engaging conversations with our audience. You will also build strategic partnerships with influencers and industry leaders, staying ahead of the latest trends in social media and community management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop creative content for social media platforms, including Telegram, Discord, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
• Community Engagement: Manage communications with the audience, moderate discussions, and handle feedback to foster a positive and engaged community.
• Event Organization: Organize and conduct online events, contests, and activities to increase user engagement and grow our community.
• Influencer Collaboration: Build and maintain relationships with influencers, streamers, and media to amplify our brand reach.
• Market Monitoring: Monitor competitors’ activities and industry trends to adapt and enhance community development strategies.

Required Skills:

• Social Media Management: Proven experience managing social media accounts (Telegram, Discord, TikTok, X (Twitter)), preferably in the tech or finance sector. A portfolio with case studies is required.
  
  
• Content Creation: Experience in creating diverse and unique content, including text, images, and videos.
• Influencer Relations: Hands–on experience preparing materials for influencers and conducting interviews.
• Community Moderation: Experience moderating online communities and providing user support.
• Graphic Design Skills: Basic skills in graphic design tools such as Figma, Canva, etc.
• Analytics Proficiency: Ability to analyze content performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
• Social Media Tools: Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English.

• Creative Thinking: Ability to generate innovative ideas and think outside the box.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Self–Motivation: Ability to organize your work independently and take initiative.
• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, write clear briefs for designers, and provide constructive feedback.

Nice to Have:

• Startup Experience: Experience working in startups, product companies, or advertising agencies.
• Crypto Knowledge: Knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain basics.
• Additional Languages: Proficiency in foreign languages other than English.
