We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retention Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with existing clients, identifying their needs, and ensuring their long-term loyalty to the company. Your focus will be on building strong, lasting relationships and providing tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage a portfolio of key clients, ensuring their ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
- Analyze customer feedback and behavior to identify opportunities to improve retention.
- Develop strategies and initiatives aimed at reducing churn and enhancing customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Support) to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Regularly communicate with clients in German, addressing concerns and providing solutions promptly.
- Prepare detailed retention reports and present insights to management.
Requirements:
- Fluent in German (both written and spoken).
- Proven experience in customer retention, account management, or customer success.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client management.
- A strategic thinker, comfortable with data-driven decision-making.
