Head of Finance
Aspichi is a technology company developing a mental health VR application. We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate full-stack developer to join our team. As a full-stack developer, you will play a pivotal role in creating a web application that empowers therapy assistants to effectively manage and control activities within our immersive VR headset.
Short overview of the role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, high-energy Finance Manager with a perspective to become the Head of Finance at Aspichi Group with a passion for finance, who will be responsible for all finance-related matters and provides recommendations for optimizing costs, improving the financial situation, cashflow management and compiling a financial modelling for the current and potential investors.
Responsibilities:
Acting as an owner of finance function to ensure compliance with local accounting and tax matters of all Aspichi’s subsidiaries (USA and Ukraine).
Providing recommendations for optimizing costs, improving the financial situation, and compiling a financial strategy.
Developing the financial model with internal stakeholders and founders.
Overseeing of debt collection process with final accountability for receiving the money with the safe debtors and managing process with other payments to full settlement.
To control and prevent cash gaps.
Coordination of the process of bookkeeping and preparation of financial statements in accordance with local regulations within the deadline.
Deal with all external stakeholder regarding the finance-related matters (auditors, banks, investors etc.).
Desired Skills And Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related fields
At least 5 years of experience in senior auditing, accounting or financial analysis/reporting roles
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Sheets.
Knowledge of Quickbooks is a plus
Strong communication skills
Team player, responsible and hardworking
Advanced English

Reports directly to CEO.
